Polycarbosilane is an important compound in the precursor ceramic polymer, which is an emerging high-tech new material, mainly used to prepare high-tech ceramic materials of the silicon carbide series, among which silicon carbide fiber is representative. Polycarbosilane is easily heated, and the silicon-hydrogen bonds in the molecular chain can be cross-linked.
